THE EFFICACY RESET™ is a self and social-efficacy framework rooted in neuroscience and neuropsychology. We believe self-belief is not a personality trait; it is a skill your brain can learn. Dr. Rosey holds a doctorate in Leadership in Schooling with research centered on self-efficacy, confidence, and sense of belonging in adolescents. Her work extends across higher education, community organizing, youth development, and organizational leadership, bringing the research directly to the people and communities who need it most. Lucey holds a Master's in Counseling and a certification in Neuropsychology. Together we bring decades of experience in education, youth development, community organizing, and direct practice to everything we build. Our work is informed by neuroscience and neuropsychology certification held by both founders.

I am Lucey Ok, and together with my sister Dr. Rosey Ok, we co-founded THE EFFICACY RESET™. We are both certified neuroscience and neuropsychology coaches, and we built this brand because we know what it feels like to have potential the world cannot yet see, and not fully believe in it yourself.
What makes THE EFFICACY RESET™ different is that everything we do is grounded in how the brain actually works. We are not guessing at what creates change. We know that safety has to come before learning. We know that culture is the brain's operating system. We know that self-efficacy, the belief that you can, is not a mindset trick. It is a neurological shift. And we have the training to guide you through it.
